A Study of the Physical Treatment and the Rehabilitation of the Waist Trouble by Sports Activities


Abstract
For the improvement and the precaution of the waist trouble by sports activities, the most important thing is the prevention of external wound. Therefore it is necessary to regulate the condition, to take a careful attention, to measure periodically the element of the physical stamina, to grasp the physical strength and the phenomenon of heart and lungs which is concerned with the waist :rouble. And then it can be good to maintain, cultivate and build up the factor of basic bodily strength. When the waist trouble has happened, it is dispensable to take a measurement of basic strength and to make a diagnosis of it. By doing a physical therapy according to the symptoms and the period of the pain, the factor of the basic physical strength must be raised step by step in the rehabilitation of sports activities. Those who enjoy exercises or sports players must not feel easy about the soothing of the waist trouble. The excessive physical training results in the aggravation and chronicity of the waist trouble which is in disregard of the basic physical strength and then comes back to the sports activities.
If the physical treatment and the exercise therapy is done by means of the individual bodily strength and the symptoms of the waist trouble, it is possible to return the sports activities, to display the sports abilities.
